Meditation 101

Meditation is the most effective, practical way to embrace your spirituality and subsequently serve your soul! Meditation illuminates YOU and purifies any obstacles that you may encounter on your life's journey.

This fun course teaches the fundamentals of meditation, including breathing and mindless states. Various meditations will be studied and practiced — particularly those that will be easy for you to incorporate into your daily life.

The workshop runs for 2 hours on two different days.

How to Raise a Spiritually Grounded Child

The children of today are truly unique! They display new and unusual psychological attributes that contribute to their spiritual selves like never before — they are certainly more intuitively "tapped in" than past generations.

Believe it or not, this is a good thing! Learn how to accept and celebrate all that these children of today have to offer ... and take some of the pressure of parenthood off yourself! Celebrate yourself as a parent and contribute to the wonderful journey of your children.
